RESPONSIBLE FOR UN-EMPOLYMENT

WHO IS TO BLAME FOR UNEMPLOYMENT? EDUCATION OR EDUCATION SYSTEM?
UNEMPLOYMENT
Unemployment Rate in Pakistan remains unmoved at 6 percent in the fourth quarter of 2014 from 6 percent in the second quarter of 2013.
Today we see unemployment is the major problem which is increasing day by day. Many people are committing suicide as they are not able to earn enough to fulfill the basic needs of their family. People think democracy is the best way to survive as you have the right to vote and can change your future by selecting a good leader for yourself. But till now democracy has back-fired the people as the Upper-Middle class are enjoying and the poor has got stuck in this whole mechanism.
According to my analysis “EDUCATION SYSTEM” is accountable for the Un-employment as per Article 25-A of Constitution of Pakistan obligates the state to grant free and necessary quality education to kids of the age group 3 to 16 years. "The State shall offer free of charge and compulsory education to all children of the age of five to sixteen years in such a method as may be determined by law".
EDUCATION SYSTEM OF PAKISTAN:
The education system of Pakistan consists of 260,903 institutions and is smoothing the progress of educating 41,018,384 students with the help of 1,535,461 teachers. The structure includes 180,846 public institutions and 80,057 private institutions. Hence 31% educational institutes are run by private sector while 69% are public institutes.
COST OF EDUCATION:

The financial cost is higher in private schools, but these are located in richer settlements only. The contradiction is that private schools are better but not everywhere and government schools ensure fair access but do not provide quality education.
Since majority of Pakistani population live in rural areas and the access to education is a major problem for them, it seems feasible that a unbiased step for formal and informal education be adopted. Government as well as private sector should work mutually to promote education in rural areas.
DRAWBACKS OF EDUCATION SYSTEM:
Countless alumnae do not have the multidisciplinary talent required to support their professions in dealing with different business. Many students are pursuing for International jobs but Pakistan due to its worst education system the institutions in Pakistan are not among the top 2000 universities ranking in world. Due to which students from Pakistan are rarely accepted for international jobs which is again a negative point of education system.

The educational institute whose degree has some worth is far away from the reach of a common man and due to which a huge number of population is not able to get their desired qualification. The scholarship criteria is very tough and are very less in number due to which many people are left with no other option but to start working leaving their Education without completed. The requirement for jobs are very strict now a days they need a masters degree from a reputable degree from HEC which again force the common man to start working at a very low level and which results to spend life full of miseries.

People who belong to upper middle class do not the problems as they have never passed through such situations. Education system is the only cause for the whole scattered mechanism of which by-product is the unemployment.

But who made this system like a net of the spider? The answer is not always the governments because every work is not done by government the people are also responsible for this because they are contributing the most for making this system worst. If people stop to give bribe how will then the system go to the wrong track? We give bribe for taking jobs which then leave the market with high ratio of unemployment and a nuisance to society. The market is very much effected by us because we are not taking any steps for making the system right we are just limited to our own no one is thinking for the future of the country all is done to benefit the life of an individual. Our thoughts and ideas are limited to individual not to the sake of state.

People blame education system including me but just think for a second are we personally doing anything to eradicate corruption from this society. The so called Non-Profit Organizations which today are working for the betterment of the society are not really working in that direction, their purpose is just to famous themselves and to earn. To eradicate corruption, making education system right and to increase the employment ratio we need to make a meritorious society, and for creating such a society we need to educate people from the grass root level only then can we change the coming future of our Pakistan. And for this we need help from every individual because it is an act which can be solved collectively.

Today international jobs need high qualification but due to expensive educational institutions a large number of students are left without studying more in future because they can’t bear the expense of the education for this the government of Pakistan needs to make some policies which can help in making a bright Pakistan a state where no student leave his education because he just can’t afford it.
